It could be just any self-help book, but it's a self-help book to be less of a "jerk". Basically, it invites you to think about things that you probably haven't considered due to consumerism, or maybe you don't even know about.

We recycle to pollute less, but have you ever wondered if it pollutes more to throw all the trash in the same bin or to drive to the bakery, or how much pollution comes from all the clothes you wear and buy unnecessarily due to fashion or social pressure?

It's important to bring a point of sensibility to so much nonsense.

I invite you to read a short essay during a couple of bathroom breaks or on one of the trips we take without polluting with the imaginary car. If you don't want to invest 5€ in the book, write me an email and I'll send it to you for free, yes, FREE.

Just like someone who quits smoking or drinking, it's hard at first, but later, over time, it even disgusts you, and you might think: "How could I have spent so many years of my life doing that? How horrible!" Everything is better without bad habits. Well, folks, that's how I feel.
